The Wentzl Foundation
Anna Laskowska (née Wentzl) established The Wentzl Family Foundation in her Will and bequeathed to it the tenement house at No. 19 in the Great Square of Kraków and the "J. Wentzl" company, which should remain the property of The Foundation forever and under no circumstances be transferred to a third party.
The Wentzl Family Foundation and its legal title to No. 19 Rynek Głowny were finally confirmed by The Constitutional Tribunal on October 16, 1998. The Foundation is the owner of the Polish trademark Wentzl (PWP Z.418548 / R.277717).
The Foundress provided that the purpose of The Foundation is to allocate its income for material assistance to the descendants of Ludwik Moczarski, of Józef Rostafiński and of Józef Stummer (extinct line) and that a fixed part of the Foundation's income should be allocated to the maintenance of the tenement house (constitutionally set at 20% of annual net income). The Foundress required that the trustees of her foundation should be chosen from persons of known integrity and stature who each undertook to fulfil her objectives.
Despite the considerable efforts over many years of the heirs to rectify this situation, no Board of The Wentzl Family Foundation has taken positive, adequate and material steps to meet the expectations of The Foundress, to the detriment of her family. The support provided to date by The Foundation’s managers to a small number of family-related beneficiaries—wherever it was granted at all—was symbolic and entirely disproportionate to the income The Foundation ought to have generated from renting out the property on Kraków’s Main Market Square. Instead these persons, appointed by each other successively and without consultation with The Family, act contrary to the statutes of The Foundation and the wishes of its Foundress.

Tradename Vencelík
The protection right for the tradename Vencelik, registered with No. 386198 by the Urząd Patentowy Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, is the property of a family member who has granted a licence for its use to the operator of the well-known Kraków business Słodki Vencelík
