Fundacja Familijna Rodziny Wentzlów
In her Testament, Anna Laskowska (née Wentzl) established The Family Foundation of The Wentzl Families and bequeathed to it the tenement house at the Market Square (no. 19) and the company "J. Wentzl”, which should remain the property of the Foundation forever and cannot under any circumstances be transferred to a third party.
The Testament of Anna Laskowska stated that the purpose of the Foundation was to use its income to provide material assistance to the descendants of Anna's cousin, Maria Waleria Wentzl and her husband Ludwik Moczarski, the descendants of Józef Rostafiński and descendants of Józef Stummer, in each of these cases until the final extinction of the line. There are living descendants of the Moczarski and the Rostafiński lines.
In the event of the expiration of all family lines eligible for benefits, Anna decided that the income of the Foundation should be allocated to benefits for elderly Roman Catholic women from good homes who are temporarily or permanently in a difficult financial situation.
A fixed part of the Foundation's annual income should be allocated to the maintenance of the tenement house.
Anna indicated that members of the Board of Trustees are to be selected from among well-known and respected people who guarantee that they will work in the direction set out in her Testament.
The Foundation and its legal title to the tenement house at number 19 on the Main Market Square in Krakow were formally confirmed by The Polish Constitutional Court on October 16, 1998.
The Foundation is the owner of the Wentzl trademark (PWP Z.418548 / R.277717).
